Changes to any appointment can be made by logging in and must be made at least 15 hrs prior to the appointment in order to provide the spot to be filled by someone else. (if you need a specific time please ask I will always do my best to make it work!) 

  Last minute cancellations will result in a fee which is the cost of the service being cancelled.

  All appointments are time sensitive;  you must notify me if you're going to be late. There is a grace period of 7 minutes anything beyond that there is a chance you may not be seen. 

  All appointments are subject to change, please be attentive to your email notifications. If you don't receive an email upon placing an appointment you did not fully complete the booking prompt.
